Port Adelaide and Glenelg have played some great Grand Finals in the past.
Port were almost rock bottom last season must have improved.
Glenelg struggled in recent years and have gradually improved.
Subiaco are usually there so no surprise. South Fremantle would be keen for a flag.

I might watch these on catch up TV at a later date if they are worth watching and good games.,

Good to see ex Frankston VFL player Lachie Delahunty win this years Sandover medal - I think he had a third place in it once before. Played at Frankston in the Goosey era, may have come from Essendon VFL - not sure.  Good player getting better with age.

digs

Ex North Ballarat Rebels player 2007 & 2008 from Minyip Murtoa.

Went to Subiaco with another Frankston player  & good mate in Leigh Kitchin.

Saw them both play earlier in the year against South Fremantle with stand out performances.

We might be from the bush. but we ain't green

Congrats to Subiaco in winning back to back premierships.

Their win is the 2nd biggest in WAFL GF history only beaten by 104pt margin by West Perth in 1975.

And that just shows where we are at in terms of public interest in our competition!!!! One of Australias most popular club plays in our grand final and we can only manage a mere 3rd of the crowd that the SANFL final does. VFL is underachieving as a competition.

17 PREMIERSHIPS, 33 x GRAND FINALISTS, 21 X Runners up

THE VFLS MOST SUCCESSFUL CLUB - THE MIGHTY PORT MELBOURNE BOROUGH!

I'M PORT MELBURNE BORN, I'M PORT MELBOURNE BRED, I'LL BE PORT UNTIL I'M DEAD!!!
