Former Werribee player wins Margarey Medal
Former Werribee player James Allan won the Margarey Medal for the SANFL best and fairest at the count at Adelaide Convention Centre last night. The North Adelaide ball magnet won with 19 votes 5 votes ahead of 5 other players. James receives two return business class airfares to London flying Malaysia Airlines with $2,000 spending money. Great to see Jimmy win this award, he has had a stellar year this year and has been in best consistently throughout the year.

Congratulations, would have been good to see him running around in the VFL. As too with many SANFL players.

Talking players in the SANFL, I saw that Dean Galea has been been home sick during his time with West Adelaide and wants to come back to play with Williamstown. It was reported in Inside Football this week.
