Box Hill City Oval
In the Whitehorse leader, because the council okayed Box Hills use of the ground 7 months instead of 6, the VFL is now chipping in to bring the ground up to standard. There's going to be a new social club on the new club rooms, the old presidents room will be demolished, the entrances will be revamped, and they said that shelter would e built over the stands! Not sure exactly what they last one meant, perhaps they mean over the terrace, or the grassy hill. And the practise wicket will be off the ground too! Sounds good. Gonna be in use for VFL practise matches, and the cricket clubs unhappy, they have to find another venue to play finals. Oh well, footy's better. GO STANGAS!
