Tommy Murphy with 28 possies and 3 goals. Ruory Kirkby with 21 possies and 4 goals. Bendigo Bombers 1.0 2.1 4.2 8.3 (51) Box Hill Hawks 6.8 14.12 20.20 26.22 (178) For the first time, Murphy and Ruors really looked too good for this level. Instead of being good, they were awesome for 4 quarters. Both look much better suited to the forward line. At stages it was like watching the Krakouer brothers running around, as they each set each other up a few times. I know the standard of Bendigo is rubbish, but they both were impressive. Guys like Neville (30+ touches), Jolley, Everett, Sowersby were very good. The Ressies are well placed for the finals, with more guys able to come back next week. But, if the seniors make the finals, we'll definitely be struggling for numbers!

I wouldn't think its worth mentioning in the last round of the season.

Injuries, suspensions, etc etc

I wouldn't think its worth mentioning in the last round of the season.[/quote] Of course Port are too good, yet again they have a strong VFL list and their reserves side contains a lot of blokes who would be senior players at many other clubs. Port have had Coburg, Springvale and Frankston in the last three weeks, and recorded 118, 123 and 133 point victories, or in another stat they have had a total of 125 scoring shots to 31 in the past three games. Finally they might have a challenge await them next Sunday against North Ballarat. I do like getting to games early and watching the reserves because ultimately these players are the soul of the aligned VFL club and I find it disappointing that there are so many lop sided contests, which is why I make the point Ons. I realise 80% of people are like you and have a life so you sleep in and rock up at 1.30pm or whatever and that's cool, but to me the reserves needs to be more competitive. To see a side have an average winning margin of 21 goals in the past three weeks is disappointing in a VFL reserves competition the VFL want to tell us is of such a high standard. Dandy Stingrays are having a good year so hopefully you can get a few of the guys who miss being drafted to join the Dolphins in 2006.
