The VFL Tipping comp is on again for the 2009 season. This will be the tenth season of VFL tipping which began in 2000.
In 2000 there was 11 tipsters that took part which has rapidly grown to have well over 100 tipsters over the past few seasons.
The VFL competition kicks off on Saturday April 11 where last season's Grand Finalists Port Melbourne and North Ballarat meet.
The cost is $20 for the season.
Prizemoney based on 100 tipsters will be as follows Top three place getters 1st $600 2nd $375 3rd $175 Total $1150
Aggregate score the ABC match of the day Tipster nearest to the aggregate score will collect $40 for the following Rounds Rounds 1/2/3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17/19
11 x $40 = $440
Tipsters to select winners for each Round to collect $30 Six winners for Rounds 2/3/4/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14/16/17/18/19/20
Please note that Rounds 1/5/15 there will be only 5 matches played.
If more than one tipster picks six wins the prizemoney will go to the tipster who is nearest the aggregate score. If no tipster picks six winners the prizemoney will jackpot to the following week.
