Anthony Rocca did not kick 2 goals and 6 behinds on Sunday.
He kicked two goals and was named the Magpies 6th best player.
Clear evidence that the journalist involved, probably some junior from the Herald Sun who probably hasn't watched a game of VFL in his life, simply just summarises the results as shown on the website. But the issue is he doesn't seem to understand the results.
It has been an ongoing problem for weeks, a couple of weeks ago he wrote that someone kicked horribly in front of goal with five behinds for the day. No, once again that would be the fifth best player.
So to the Herald Sun, please pass on to your junior writer that "B" on the website means "Best", not behinds!
Thankfully Brent Diamond in The Age got his story on Rocca correct, at least he does have an appreciation and understanding of the VFL.
