MYLES SEWELL has recovered from hamstring soreness and will line up against Frankston in the Victorian Football League in Ballarat tomorrow.

Sewell returns after missing one week. He was left out of the home clash with Gold Coast largely as a precautionary measure, given he is one of the Selkirk Roosters' most important players as their premiership defence gains momentum.

Nick Couch has recovered from a corked thigh suffered against Gold Coast and will play.

However, captain Shaune Moloney remains on the injury list with a strained hamstring.

This is the third game in a row Moloney has a missed.

North Ballarat coach Gerard FitzGerald will determine who Sewell replaces after tonight's last training session of the week.

Tom McDonald (North Ballarat Rebels) replaces Chris Giampaolo as the 23rd player.

This will be McDonald's second appearance in the VFL for the season. The Rebels have a break as part of a TAC Cup under-18 development weekend.

North Melbourne has named Leigh Harding, Aaron Edwards and Gavin Urquhart on an extended interchange after some solid efforts for the Roosters, who have added Matthew Campbell, Ed Lower, Ben Cunnington, Oliver Tate, Chris Lynch, Ryan McKenzie and Grant Bell to an expanded interchange.

Josh Beardsell (broken leg), Rohan McHugh (spine) and Chris Lynch (corked leg) all return from injury in the North Ballarat reserves. Beardsell has been sidelined since pre-season, when he broke a leg against Werribee in a practice match.
