Hi guys,
I think the VFL is great but it still needs to establish its own identity. I think over the last year especially with the 12/10 rule for finals we are slowly getting back on the right path.
I think the SANFL have a great system with under 17, under 19 reserves and seniors. They have great rivalries and history. I know the VFL is completely different but could have the same kind of rivalries in a few years time.
I think we need regional clubs such as Bendigo and North Ballarat and in the future I would like to see more as I feel we need to support clubs outside of Melbourne to make the competition flourish.
We need to move away from being an AFL reserves competition and regain what all of Australia truely respected which was and still is the VFL!!
What do you guys think for the future of the VFL?
