I stopped in at training last night for about 5 minutes..
Very healthy numbers at training. Around 70 or more there, breaking off into groups to take a beep test, while other groups did a little bit of ball work or other drills.
The ground looked to be in excellent condition.
No sign of work on the redevelopment. Not sure what's going on there. Work should have started in October and we are now closing in on December.
Went to training last night

Well now that the 12/10 rule has been given the lemon and sarse we need all the experience we can get. Also will be difficult for teams as alot of vfl players will miss out.Should not be long now until the afl have their own 2nd side.
Yeah we just need the high level players to beable take next year
I havent seen any ex willamstown players down at the borough apart from Patrick Rose.
I went to training tonight and there where a few old faces I saw there
Tom Langford he used to play with Tasmania, played with Tasmania that last year for tassie. He is now signed again for the borough.
Bo Nixon is back also and he is a great player and will be for us next year.
As far as I can see, We got 2 sandringham players down that are young training with us and one coburg player. There is still alot of more new players down there.

Very good numbers at training.. Gary Ayres spoke at the AGM and said we had as many as 90 at training. The club will extend the 2011 playing list to 65 up from 55 on previous years.
The decision was to help counter injuries throughout the year.
* It's time to restore the VFA name.
