Not that it was ever a level playing field, but its a real setback for VFL clubs to be prohibited from training together, when AFL clubs are able to put together praccy matches!

Kilsyth's time in the VFA is one that doesn't appear that often in pictures. Are there any photos or newspapers pictures out there. Here is the pictures I have so far.
I was trying to find the colours of the Moorabbin Football Club, the Kangaroos, in the VFA. I have found somewhere that it stated that Moorabbin used to wear black and white stripes in the Federal Football League,but had to change when joining the VFA due to Brunswick already wearing those colours. It said they choose the Royal Blue and White of North Melbourne.
However, I have seen pictures of Moorabbin wearing something like the jumpers of Geelong, Navy Blue and White hoops.
