HAWTHORN midfielder Clinton Young suffered a minor setback in his recovery from a groin injury during the week and failed to play for Box Hill in yesterday's 49-point loss to Port Melbourne at TEAC Oval.
But in better news for the Hawks, the coaching hierarchy faces a ruck dilemma with Brent Renouf amassing another 32 hit-outs.
Young, however, is a week-to-week proposition for Box Hill and it is understood the Hawks won't take any risks in playing him until after the mid-season break — and the same goes for injured star Luke Hodge.
"He's got a bit of a niggling groin and they're just waiting for that to settle," Box Hill coach Brendan Bolton said. "He's just trying to get it right and they don't want to take any risks with him. It will be a week-by-week proposition.
