I've just got back from what was a very entertaining game of VFL footy played infront of one of the largest crowds I have seen (excluding the Grand Final) in some years.
I would estimate about 5500 would have been at the ground.
The Cats ran out winners 115 to 88, and will meet Sandy in what should be a great game at MC Labour Park next week.
Food ran out around 3/4 time, and Geelong certainly do attract supporters come finals time. Hopefully the Grand Final will be played at Port, because the atmosphere was far better than that of Princes Park.
