Port Melbourne vs Williamstown at TEAC Oval 2pm
Always look forward to this clash, regardless of ladder positions ..... homemade dimmies & spring rolls from the South Melb market beforehand, drive past my old house in Farrel Street, a cold can (or several) on the terrace in front of the Norm Goss stand, the smell of the soap factory, the view of the city skyline, the seconds going hard at it, the old Burra faithful in their usual spots (one very vocal old bloke that wears a Port beanie has been in the same place at games as long as i can remember), the build-up to the first bounce of the seniors, who's in & who's out, can't wait ..... and sadly it will be the last Port v Willi game i'll see this year, hope its a great game with its usual spite and a close finish ...in Willi's favour of course :-)
