Hey Everyone
Can someone explain the 23rd man rule.
The way I see it is
A Tac Cup player or 1st year VFL player can play as the 23rd man.
They can play THREE games as the 23rd man.
Not sure what happens come finals time.
If someone could explain it all that would be great.
