Seems the Bendigo people have been very busy recruiting in the local district with quite a few players which is a terrific result, however most of them will be playing with their local clubs because of the fact that Essendon players will dominate the team and with no Bendigo reserves it will become a futile exercise.
Big mistake NO Bendigo reserves. No reserves no club.
We might be from the bush. but we ain't green
Bendigo will knock off North Ballarat this season.....You heard it hear first Digs!!!!!

Shannon Grant was last years coach of the year and with his fine coaching record will continue his good losing form for Bendigo who will revert to the diggers and play games at Kangaroo Flat.
Grand Final to be played at Warracknabeal.
Seriously,
Is Jack Redpath any realtion to Ian Redpath the formwer cricketer ?
The top five players listed are keys to Bendigo's form for 2010 and with a full list from Eseendon will be naturally much stronger than last year.
Not sure how many games they will win but will at least win a couple of games.
Yeah that coach is a champ of a coach, and the players carnt speak in more glowing terms for him, and the bonding of the team, man do i have to keep going. champ

Haven't had a lot to cheer about lately Mega, So have to cherish the golden moments.
Were you at the game ?
Can't understand how it was Port's to win !
Hardly a snatch when you win convincingly by 45 Points !
We might be from the bush. but we ain't green
Definitely was at the game and walked back to Port Melbourne the 1st of two times from docklands with my head looking at the pavement. Yes was indeed a very convincing and clinical performance from North Ballarat but to answer your question it was more the lead up to the match. I’ve still got the dejected voice of a Port Melbourne supporter in my head who my mate and I came across in a Port back street post game who was also going home and likely to hit the bottle to drown his sorrows - “we played so well leading up to the final, won 10 games straight and bloody lost this one”
