This weeks VFL Footy record has one of the more interesting articles this year tucked away in pages 23 and 24.

The article relates to Grant Williams appointment to oversee some of the proposed Tier-2 changes that will affect Football in Victoria.
This includes:
* potential rezoning of areas to address talent pool issues (not just TAC clubs)
* Further integrating the VFL and TAC clubs
* Building better relationships with local leagues as a talent pathway
* Building regional centres of excellence / upgrading facilites
Well worth reading this, as it is a good indicator of likely changes to the VFL and Victorian Footy in general in coming years.
I'd love to hear people's opinions on this article.
