This is a bit of an off-topic post,
However! I was driving past TEAC Oval tonight, and noticed that the next block west of the ground, will soon be a new Bunnings warehouse.
I am drawing a long bow I know, but there is a potential for a lot more people to be in close vicinity to the ground on a winter weekend that the club could look to attract to the footy.
