So much spoken about Sam Naismith, however did not get the opportunity along with many quality VFL players.

Ethan Phillips and Harvey Hooper also pretty stiff not to get a look in.

From a club perspective, it keeps the Borough's slim chances alive!

Great for port Melbourne to keep naismith and Williamstown to keep both Oscar McDonald and Marty hore. The trio have been great this year and was very surprised they were not picked up.

I want the best for our Dolphin boys, but admit to being pretty relieved we didn't lose anymore talent. To my thinking, Will Fordham, Bailey Lambert, Kai Owens and possibly Colby Nayna could all slot in to AFL teams. Add Blake O'Leary to that now that he's back from injury. Was actually rapt to read an article about Will earlier this week, where he stated he wasn't nominating for the draft anymore and wanted to become an example to other players that Frankston is a destination club. Looking forward to watching the rest of his career at Frankston Park and hopefully cheering him on in a final sometime soon. He will become a definite legend of our club, if he hasn't already reached that status.

I was told Oscar McDonald was definitely going to Sydney but they have opted for a younger version - great news for Willi
