Obviously there will be a lot of new players at the club, to off-set some of the key players from the Roos.
At this early stage it's hard to know, but I think with those confirmed at this early stage, that Port will be competitive, but struggle against some of the stronger aligned sides (like Sandy).
With such a big change to the clubs make up, I think they will be targetting a 5th to 8th placing at the end of 2006 and use that as a springboard for 2007.
