Whilst watching a video of Saturdays VFL/WAFL game (I was there !) I observed that during the half time round up of VFL, SNAFL & WAFL ladders that a SA team had seven points. I rewound and discovered that SNAFL awards two points for a win and one for a draw.
Does anyone have any historic explanation of why most comps award 4 for a win ?
