If you watch VFL / VFLW live streams, how do you access them?

I know that some phones (Apple iPhones perhaps) are able to easily cast the screen to TV, but I have never had much in the way of success using Android devices.

I have found Kodi's Aussie Addons (AFL Video) to be the best option for watching on TV, but it has been a frustration that there isn't an easier way to watch on TV (feel free to post alternate ways of watching online).
