An ANZAC Day problem

I notice Football Victoria have programmed reserves games on ANZAC Day, but I reckon like last year these games will have to be moved as Victorian Government rules prohibit the playing of sport before 1pm on ANZAC Day where an admission fee has been charged. Does anyone know what will happen to Coburg v Box Hill, Sandringham v Werribee and Port Melbourne v Bullants which have been programmed for 11.10am starts?
