GETTING back to basic structure and processes, North Ballarat shook off a Box Hill threat for an 11-point win on the Hawks’ territory yesterday.
A power seven-goal third term put the Selkirk Roosters back in control of the Victorian Football League clash.

It was the combined team effort the Roosters needed to lift energy after a lacklustre opening half.

The Hawthorn-aligned Box Hill held a nine-point lead at half-time for being in front at the contest and capitalising on turnovers earned. Leaked goals kept the Hawks confidence high to the main break.

The Roosters reinstated their authority with the opening two goals of the third term to claim the lead.
