Positive news for Frankston Dolphins.
Body:

Below is a copy of a report in the Frankston Leader this week. The appointment of a football manager is fantastic news and is exactly what was needed.

A positive development at Frankston with the appointment of Brett Angwin as football mananger. From WA, Angwin has been in the football industry for 20 years, most recently as regional manager of the Kimberley area, a position funded by the WA Football Commission and the AFL. With a large indigenous population in the Kimberley,he was expolring "pathway opportunities" outside of the WAFL and used Frankston as a starting point. He will continue to develop a program for indigenous players as part of his new role with the Dolphins. Angwin said Frankston was already shaping its list for what it expects to be a resurgent 2016 season. He said it would pursue "four or five" recruits with AFL or VFL experience and set out to retain every senior player.
