A lot of speculation that Gary Ayres is moving on, looking for an AFL Mentoring role.
He has been outstanding at the Borough, and if he does move on, we could see a fair turnover of the playing list.
There was talk that the club would be trying to re-sign him before next Fridays Best and Fairest count.
If Ayres does not renew his contract, who should Port Melbourne be targetting?
