Seagulls Secure More Young Talent
Williamstown Football Club today announced the signing of two of the most promising players out of the TAC Cup Competition. Jack Frost from the Sandringham Dragons and Stephen Witkowski from the Northern Knights have both committed to the Seagulls for Season 2011.
Jack Frost is tall defender with a great set of hands and a electric burst of speed. He played in a variety of positions at TAC Cup Level for the Dragons and his performances saw him invited to the AFL Draft State Screening. Jack was also invited to train with the Western Bulldogs over the pre-season before signing with Williamstown for 2011.

Stephen Witkowski is a powerful running defender capable of playing many positions. Steve's running ability and strong contested play he impressed many during the Williamstown pre-season. Like Jack, Steve was invited to the State Screening. Stephen's work ethic and leadership ability has been evident from day one and he has integrated well with our existing playing group.

Williamstown Football Manager Chris Dixon said it was a real coup to sign both young men. "We're over the moon to secure Jack and 'Witta". Obviously coming from different TAC Cup regions the boys had a tough decision to make, but we're rapt that they've chosen to play for the Seagulls. Both Jack and Steve will go straight into the Liam Picken Academy and we're genuinely excited about where they can take their footy."
