Have had a few opportunities to listen to Troy West addresses at 1/4 and 3/4 time breaks during the reserves this season. He attracted a bit of criticism earlier in the season when the club played Williamstown, but he appears to be a level-headed coach with an excellent understanding of the game.
I think Ghazi has continued to improve in his second year in Senior coaching as well.
