No doubt most of you have heard about the trouble the Port Adelaide Magpies are in, in the SANFL.
There's whispers on big footy that things aren't looking great for West Adelaide and Sturt.
In 2012 if things stay on track, the VFL will have 13 teams again after the Gold Coast and West Sydney have had their single season each.
The SANFL could be down to as little as 6 clubs - at the moment, looking like 8.
Could this then see SANFL and VFL talk about a merger?
18 or 19 team comp with a top 8?
Couple of split rounds, and a 17-19 week season.
