I use to be a supporter of Coburg Lions and when they changed to the Coburg Tigers I lost complete interest. I know live in Bendigo and have been to the local footy but I went to my first Bendigo Bombers game and it was fantastic. I am seriously considering buying a Bendigo membership.
The problem I have had with the VFL is that there is a perception that players dont play for the jumper but just for themselves. I have 3 boys aged 10, 6 and 4 and I want them to grow up seeing the best footy that Bendigo can offer. What are your opinions on the VFL vs LOCAL FOOTY?
