Was reading Paul Amy's column in Inside Football today where he wrote about Frankston's voting in Rd 20.
According to the report, Frankston put a false set of best six players in the press in order to confuse their opponent for the first week of finals. In other words, they did not name their best six players in that game in their official best. However the umpires awarded the 3 and 2 votes as per the press.
Hopefully Paul Amy can pop in and explain it a bit more.
Can someone tell me when do the VFL umpires put their votes in? Perhaps the Dolphins have shown the Liston voting system has some problems?
