Doubt very much that this club could enter the VFL and be successful. I reckon AFL Tasmania wouldn't be keen on another club undermining the work they have done with the Devils.
Would Northern Tasmania be able to generate the income to keep a club afloat up top? I wouldn't expect followers from other clubs in the area to support them in the VFL either.
