VFL Peter Jackson - Legendairy Finals
North Port Oval - Saturday September 6
Port Melbourne v Sandringham (ABC TV / VFL Radio) - 2.10pm
North Port Oval - Sunday September 7
Williamstown v Werribee (ABC TV/ VFL Radio) - 2.10pm
AFL Victoria Development League
North Port Oval - Saturday September 6
Box Hill Hawks v Port Melbourne - 11am
Williamstown by 35 points over Werribee
Sandringham by 15 points over Port Melbourne.
Will be all for nothing though as Grand Final will be Box Hill vrs Footscray
My tips
Williamstown to beat Werribee by 46 points after a struggle early
Port to beat Sandy by 32 points also after a tight early struggle.
This will set up a reverse of last week
Box Hill v Williamstown and Port v Footscray.
Both Port and Willy can make it through and can reverse the tables.
Will need to find a bit extra but I have faith in the two oldest VFA clubs to get through to the big one.

Would the two oldest clubs have the two oldest lists ???
We might be from the bush. but we ain't green
And wiser ?
If Hawthorn beat Geelong it would mean that Box Hill could not play AFL listed players in the preliminary final..McEvoy, Woodward etc so that could swing the balance significantly.
Amigo
McEvoy would be a huge loss as would Woodward. Lowden and Grinley are still dangerous though. A wet and windy day could also be against Box Hill's talls.
I think you'll find that everyone that played in Box Hill's win over Port is qualified for finals, even if Hawthorn are not playing, with the exception of Ben McEvoy (although i think Ceglar is Qualified as well as Litherland)
Still does not make Box Hill past the post. Hard to beat YES. Unbeatable NO
If Williamstown get through Werribee the seagulls will go full bore with nothing to lose with big expectations expected from Box Hill.
The Scraggers might have something to say about the final result. I think they are the team to beat this year.
Yep, I suspect Port and Willi had to make hay while the sun shined last week. The week off is such a big advantage at this time of year.
Of course, with the prelims at Port Melbourne anything is possible, but if the Doggies get to the GF with a full team on Docklands they will be very hard to beat.
