The Bullants lost the game in the opening quarter when having the assistance of a strong breeze did not put the goals on the scoreboard 20 mins into the quarter it was 7 points to nil. After half time Werribee dominated against the breeze and then finished the job with a brilliant last quarter with the breeze. Despite playing only 3 quarters, Simon Garlick was clearly best on ground.
