If you thought Tiger Woods' recent yips on the greens were bad, you haven't seen Luke 'Pup' Clark kick for goal this season.

The usually deadly full forward had kicked a woeful 1.13 going into the senior bye in Round 9, so coach Simon Goosey sent him back to the development side to get some much-needed confidence.

The rest of Clark's game has been outstanding - averaging five marks, three tackles and leading the club in goal assists - but for the Dolphins to add to their solitary win, 'Magnum PI' needs to kick goals.

So the healthy crowd at Frankston Park on Sunday were delighted to watch him bag nine majors as an impressive Dolphins line-up easily accounted for the fifth-placed Casey Scorpions.

Frankston blasted eight goals to three in the first half before cruising to victory.

Joining Clark from last week's senior team were Robbie 'Stand up' Clements, Pete 'Do you wanna go' Davenport and Jake Greeley, who all performed strongly to reaffirm their senior positions.

Just as pleasing for Goosey was the return from injury of a plethora of stars, including Tobias 'some milk' Thoolen, Ben Waite, Sean Marusic, Spud Clark, Luke Crozier and new recruit Travis 'yes I'm massive' Ronaldson.

All showed signs of their best form, as did youngsters Ben Wells and Joel Miller.

Both Frankston teams have a bye next week before facing Port Melbourne away on Saturday, 2 June.
