Not great scheduling timewise for finals.. Two of the three games fixtures for 11am starts. Hardly appropriate for football finals.

Williamstown’s women’s final Being played about 100 mins after Williamstown vs Southport game
The fixturing is rubbish - I was told it's all to do with the streaming of games so people can switch from one game to the next - our VFLW game started at 10am last Saturday, how bizarre is that? We played Geelong so what time would they have to wake up to be ready to start at 10am. The big break between games is due to an AFL requirement as we don't have separate change rooms for the men and women, but that will be resolved by next season hopefully
The Borough will rue dropping the game against Casey and thereby giving up a home final. It would have been good to see that played as a standalone game under lights.

Wally, I was at Willy on Saturday, my dad and I left home at 7:45am (from Mornington) to make sure I was at the ground by 9am for the 10am start. Yes it was a long wait 2hrs 45mins between games.
This Sunday it’s 1 hour 45 mins between games. I will be there again.
