If Werribee intend playing matches at North Melbourne's training ground in 2016, what is needed to bring it up to standard for spectators? When there a few seasons ago for a Roosters practice match there were no public toilets. To GO, one had to enter club rooms. It is unfenced and is most likely in need of a scoreboard.
Let a ground's facilities deteriorate, a la Windy Hill and Whitten Oval, then spend lots of money to fix them up! Well, Essendon still has to be fixed. It still has only the one men's urinal.
