The VFL has lost the wide area coverage of the RPH network, leaving only 3WBC and 3SER with their limited range and one team coverage, plus Aussie digital with its even less coverage area.
When I tuned to Aussie digital at Werribee for the North Ballarat match, the station was broadcasting the football preview as well as music--ie, two programs at the same time! The voice stuff was lost to the other program.
The match broadcast was not subject to the problem so was okay to listen to, with it only about 10 seconds behind actual play.
