I thought this was going to be fixed? I was at Geelong v Bullants on Saturday and the team lists were an utter waste of time.
I could sort of understand for Geelong given they had 6 top-ups running around, but a photocopied team sheet would not have gone astray.
However, the Bullants list was an ever bigger disgrace - almost half the side either wasn't listed or was running around in a different number. Even some VFL players weren't in the Record.
It's an appalling situation that makes it a nightmare for spectators.
It's time for the VFL to start fining clubs $500 for every incorrect or omitted listing in the record, that will make a few lazy clubs clean up their act.
