Has there been any confirmation of the proposed rule changes for 2007?
There was talk of increasing the minimum distance from a kick out to 25m, is this still on the cards?
Without seeing it in place, I have to say I'm not a fan of increasing the minimum distance of the kicks. I know its to try and cut out the small kick to a back pocket but the Full back is under enough pressure as it is.
