Probably for Robbo. These relate to VFL reserves games.
(1) Last week at Williamstown the qtr time siren in the reserves went while the ball was being run back to the middle of the ground after a goal. I though that was 'time off'. We'd had 14 goals kicked in the qtr and the timeclock was on 29mins. Any reason?
(2) The last quarter of a recent reserves game had a player stretchered off and play was stopped for 7 minutes. The qtr went no where near as long as it should've (approx 30mins).
Do we still play a 30 minute cap on quarters in the 2s?
