POTENTIAL senior opportunities clearly inspired Geelong's reserves players as they pulled off a stunning upset win against reigning VFL premier North Ballarat.
Trent West starred for the Cats in their 12.10 (82) to 10.13 (73) victory at Ballarat's Eureka Stadium, outpointing gun Roosters ruckman Orren Stephenson and providing a dangerous option when he moved forward.

TWELVE TIPSTERS PICKS SEVEN WINNERS
There were 12 tipsters that picked
seven winners for Round 7. The tipster nearest the aggregate score of 195 points
for the Sandringham v North Ballarat clash was David Ribchester who picked
197 points.

ROUND 7 AGGREGATE SCORE GAME
There were four tipsters that picked the
exact aggregate score of 195 points for the Round 7 ABC match between

The next ABC match will be in Round nine which
could feature Karmichael Hunt if the ABC decide to televise the Coburg v Gold

FRANKSTON plunged to the bottom of the ladder after being blown away by the winless Werribee Tigers at Chirnside Park on Sunday.
Coach Simon Goosey said the 59-point loss was particularly disappointing because, for three quarters, Frankston looked a winning hope.
Sniffing victory, Werribee slammed on 9.7 to 2.1 in the final 30 minutes to bolt clear.
