Is the new ruling that you can entice players back from interstate and not include the salary in the salary cap for the first year?
If it is then can you guys please explain something to me? If for example Port Melbourne recruit numerous players then great as they dont go over the salary cap but what happpens in the 2nd year?
I apologise if I am missing something really obvious but I am just trying to understandhow it all works.
